SIS User Conference 2008 Online Registration
Welcome to the SIS User's Conference online registration. We have tried to make
the registration process as simple as possible, but in order to ensure your
exact requirements are fulfilled, please complete all sections of the
registration form. If you have any problems with this page, you may need to

Note: You need to register before the 26th of September 2008
due to the hotel's reservation policy.
Registrations after the 26th of September will get a handling fee of 50 Euro.

Conference Package Booking
Please select one of the Conference Packages below. All prices are listed in Euro.
Hotel Booking
We will book rooms at the Sana Lisboa Hotel, Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, 8. 1069-310 Lisboa.
A single room is included in your Conference Package price.
Should you wish to book a double room instead, there will be a fee of 12 euros extra per night.
Please note that is not possible to book hotel rooms and conference package separately.
SIS has bought a number of rooms as a part of the agreement for the User Conference with the hotel.
Events (check the events that you would like to attend)
Prices: Your Conference Package includes lunch, coffee, fruits, softdrinks etc. during the sessions.
In addition, there are three optional social events which we hope you will join:
- Get Together-reception on Monday evening: 60 euros.
- Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening: 95 euros.
- Sightseeing: 25 euros.
