SIS Support
Star Information Systems has recently implemented a web based support system to better server our clients. The new online system enable clients world-wide to enter support inquiries and trace own support cases, regardless of time zones and office opening hours.
In addition, the new support system also enables access to a knowledge database and available downloads such as user guides and other relevant documents.
To access to the SIS Support Web you need to be registered with a company account and user. We recomment companies limit their number of users of the support system, so that only one or few persons are responsible of entering and follow up support cases.
- To register for SIS Support, please send an e-mail to register@sismarine.com containing your company details, name, and position. We will then create an account for you on the SIS Support Web and e-mail you the login credentials.
- Once registered you can log on to support.sismarine.com to enter support inquiries, trace your support cases, browse the knowledgebase, or download documents. When registered you may also send support inquiries directly to support@sismarine.com.
- Whether you use the web or the e-mail to enter your support inquiry, please remember to attach as much information as possible (such as system version, log files, and screen shots) as this will help us solve your support case more efficiently.
All support queries can be sent in Norwegian or English.
