SISCommerce signs agreements with 30 suppliers at IMPA 2005.

Star Information Systems participated at IMPA 2005 in Kensington London from 14 to 15 of September together with shipping companies, managers and suppliers to the marine industry.
SISCommerce, one of the leading providers of e-commerce for the marine industry, met more than 30 of the suppliers on the exhibition to sign an agreement for continues cooperation. Out of 60 suppliers exhibiting, 42 suppliers are registered in SISCommerce. Leif Tusvik told that 26 shipping companies use SISCommerce and produce more than 15000 ‘Request for Quotes’, ‘Quotes’, ‘Purchase orders’ and ‘Order confirmations’ every month.
SISCommerce is fully integrated with the on board Star Information and Planning System and Star Central Purchasing System in the office.
