Star Insurance System
Star Insurance System is a system for marine insurance management. The system is designed to help marine insurance managers to:
- keep track of insurance policies & premium payments
- keep track of lead insurance companies & followers
- provide information and documentation for handling of claims
- follow up claim estimates, settlements, costs and reimbursements
- keep track of claims and company claims history
- provide historical records of loss ratios for different insurance companies and covers
Star Insurance System takes over the consequences of events to the extent these fall under a marine insurance cover.

The detail window of a claim carries information related to the claim. This may include documents and photographs to describe the event and its consequences.
Star Insurance System may stand alone or be incorporated in Star Fleet Management System.
